Payment Terms

Agreement

By making a payment, the user confirms their agreement that after a successful payment, they will not initiate disputes or make claims against payment aggregators.

Timeframe

A refund request can be submitted within 48 hours from the date of placing an order or replenishing the balance.

General Conditions

  • Refunds are made exclusively to the details from which the payment was made (bank card or e-wallet).
  • In the event of suspicious activity or fraudulent actions, the user's subscription may be suspended without prior notice.
  • A refund request is accepted by the user contacting the support service.
  • Refunds are made to the payment system selected by the user when submitting a refund request.
  • We are not responsible for possible fees charged by payment aggregators when refunding funds. The user is notified of possible fees at the time of submitting a request.
